Five years ago METMAC shipped a number of machines for the production of ventilation ducts, including automatic square duct lines, automatic spiral duct lines, round elbow forming machines, TDF flange forming machines, lock former, plasma cutting machines, etc. to a customer in Argentina.
For more than five years, the machines have been working smoothly without any replacement parts. The customer is very satisfied and confident with the quality of METMAC’s products.
So in 2022 the customer purchased METMAC’s fibre laser cutting machine, handheld laser welding machine, 4-axis electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine and plate shearing machine again.
Due to the epidemic, we are unable to arrange for technical staff to go to the installation and commissioning, but we provide installation and commissioning videos and written instructions, and communicate with the customer online at any time to solve technical problems in a timely manner, so that the customer can use the machines to start production work as soon as possible.
